This Agreement is a contract between you and SyntaxPay Ltd., a Bangladeshi company, that governs your use of our payment services. By using SyntaxPay, you agree to all the terms in this document, including our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version on our website. The new terms will be effective immediately upon posting.
If you break this agreement, we may suspend or close your account or limit your access to funds. It is your responsibility to use SyntaxPay in a legal way and to follow all rules from the Government of Bangladesh, Bangladesh Bank, and other regulators. You are responsible for any unlawful use of your account.
1. Services and Eligibility
1.1. SyntaxPay Services:
SyntaxPay is a secure payment gateway that lets you send and receive payments online. You must use our platform with integrity and only for lawful goods and services within Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for your transactions.
1.2. Age Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old to use SyntaxPay.
1.3. Identification:
You must provide accurate and updated information to open and maintain your account, including a copy of your National ID, TIN, and other business documents.
A. Contact Information: Keep your mobile number and email address updated. We will send important notices to these contacts.
B. Identity Verification: We may use third parties to verify your identity. Refusing to provide requested information may make you ineligible to use our services.
1.4. Ownership:
Your account must be used only by you. Sharing access with others is not allowed and may result in penalties.
2. Financial Transactions
2.1. Transaction Limits:
We may set limits on your account based on your verification level and activity.
2.2. Fees:
Fees apply when you use our financial services. You must have enough balance to cover both the transaction and any fees. Fees may change over time.
2.3. Fraud Policy:
We monitor transactions for fraud. If we detect a suspicious transaction, we may reverse it and notify you.
3. Account Balances
Your money is held securely in a trusted bank account. It is not used for our operational expenses. You agree that you will not earn interest on these funds.
4. Account Closure
You may close your account at any time through your dashboard. You must withdraw your balance first. If we are investigating your account, we may hold your funds until the issue is resolved.
5. Unauthorized Transactions & Errors
5.1. Protection:
We will reimburse you for unauthorized transactions or errors that meet our criteria.

5.3. Our Errors:

Do not use SyntaxPay for illegal or prohibited activities, including:
Breaking any laws.
Selling illegal goods (e.g., weapons, drugs, stolen items).
Fraudulent or suspicious activities.
Spamming or unauthorized marketing.
7. General Terms
7.1. Liability:
You agree to compensate us for any losses caused by your misuse of SyntaxPay.
7.2. Service Nature:
SyntaxPay is a payment platform, not a bank. We do not guarantee that every buyer or seller will complete a transaction.
7.3. Intellectual Property:
All SyntaxPay logos and technology are owned by us and may not be used without permission.
7.4. Password Security:
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.
7.5. Communication:
We may contact you via phone, email, or SMS for service-related messages.
7.6. Taxes:
You are responsible for paying any taxes related to your transactions.
7.7. Changes to Terms:
We can change these terms at any time. Continued use of SyntaxPay means you accept the new terms.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at info@syntaxpay247.com. If we cannot resolve it together, the dispute will be settled through arbitration in Bangladesh under Bangladeshi law.
